Background
The story
I'm Wanda Hinton Brown — an HR and Learning Technology Leader with a career built at the intersection of enterprise systems, workforce development, and organizational learning.
My background spans Cornerstone OnDemand LMS administration, HRIS implementation and management, Organizational Development, and workforce management. I've led cross-functional projects that required translating complex technical and operational requirements into practical solutions that HR, IT, and business teams could actually use.
Throughout my career, I've held formal management responsibilities, including leading employees and overseeing HR operations, while also providing functional leadership for cross-functional technology projects. These experiences have strengthened my ability to guide teams, collaborate across departments, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
I am currently pursuing graduate studies in Learning Design & Learning Sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, building on my years of experience in enterprise learning technology, HR systems, and workforce development.
