About Me
Two disciplines. One vision.
I believe the best learning experiences are also beautifully designed — and the best design teaches something.

Background
The story
I'm Wanda Hinton Brown — an Instructional Designer and Graphic Designer with over a decade of experience helping organizations communicate, educate, and inspire.
My work sits at the intersection of two disciplines that most people keep separate. As an instructional designer, I architect learning experiences that change behavior and drive measurable results. As a graphic designer, I build visual systems that make complex ideas feel clear and compelling.
I've partnered with Fortune 500 companies, universities, nonprofits, and creative agencies — always bringing the same commitment: work that is rigorous in its thinking and beautiful in its execution.
When I'm not designing, I'm mentoring emerging designers, speaking at L&D conferences, and exploring how visual storytelling can make learning more human.
How I Work
My Philosophy
Design is a learning tool
Every visual choice either aids comprehension or hinders it. I treat design as pedagogy.
Rigor before aesthetics
Beautiful work built on weak foundations fails. I start with research, strategy, and structure.
Clarity is kindness
Confusing design wastes people's time. I obsess over making complex things feel simple.
